WHY DO I NOT ALWAYS SEE THE FROZEN FOOD ORDER OPTION?

Since we have a limited number of freezer boxes, we only activate the possibility of ordering frozen food if it is available. This way we want to avoid long waiting times.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK WITH THE FREEZER ORDER?

This reusable freezer box weighs 15 kg when empty, and more when filled.
The easiest way is to take out your things immediately, put the return label on the box and give it back to the postman.
The return label is included with the invoice.
You can also bring the box to the post office. Please let the huge, white cool packs in the box.
We ask you to return the box as soon as possible so that we can clean it and send it to the next customer.

 

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

With the next-day-fresh service of the Austrian postal service your parcels will arrive at your home the next day.

 

DO YOU DELIVER THROUGHOUT AUSTRIA?

Yes, we deliver all over Austria.

 

WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF DELIVERY?

From a value of 40 EUR for fresh bread delivery, your delivery is free of charge. With the TK area the delivery is free of shipping costs from 50 EUR. Below that the shipping costs amount to 8 EUR per package.

 

DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

According to the information of the post office, in case of absence the parcel will be placed in front of the door.

 

AT WHAT TIME DOES MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

That depends on the regional parcel delivery service of the Austrian Post.

 

MY PARCEL SIMPLY DOES NOT ARRIVE?

Please contact us if the package is not with you within 48 hours and the goods are no longer good. We will gladly send it out again at the next possible date.

 

HOW DO I HAVE TO PREPARE THE PRODUCTS?

Fresh bread:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat 200°C).
Place the product with the baking foil (or without it) on the baking tray and refresh it:

Bread 8-10 minutes
Pastry 4-6 minutes
Crumble cake Puff pastry 4 minutes
Muffins & Cakes immediately edible

Remove from the oven and cool down.
Tip: Place in a cloth napkin to cool down!

Deep-freeze shipping:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat 200°C).
Place the product with the baking foil (or without) on the baking tray and bake:

Bread 20 minutes
Pastry 10 minutes
Crumble cakes, puff pastry 8-10 minutes
Defrost muffins & cakes

Remove from the oven and cool down.
Tip: Place in a cloth napkin to cool down!

ARE THE PRODUCTS BAKED THROUGH?

Yes, our products can also be distorted without baking/refreshing.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK WITH PAYMENT?

In the last step you can process the payment, there is the possibility to pay with credit card, instant bank transfer, PayPal or Apple Pay.

 

CAN I ORDER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRIA?

Unfortunately not at the moment, but we are working hard to make sure that there will soon be the possibility of international shipping.

The online store in Germany will not take long. We will inform you via our Facebook page when this will be.

 

I HAD COOL PACKS WITH MY fresh-bread ORDER, DO I HAVE TO SEND THEM BACK?

No, you don't have to, you are welcome to keep, throw away or give them away. The huge coolpacks from the frezzer ordner have to stay in the box.
